Registering for ACWC has opened.

Now that registering has opened for the ACWC we need to figure out who will be on Team A and Team B so they can be registered.

Now that there are 10 members I believe ( but not positively sure) that recruiting has closed.

Still though im not sure how it works so still idle by the IRC and well see how it goes.
